Data Deletion Instructions

Dias Edge Consulting LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), operates ClientScale CRM. This page explains how account holders, end customers, and contacts whose information is stored in ClientScale CRM can request deletion of their personal data, including data we receive through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business).
1. Data We Hold
ClientScale CRM stores account details for our customers (the businesses that use our platform) and contact records that those customers add to their own pipelines. Contact records may include name, phone number, email, message history with the business (including WhatsApp messages exchanged through the Meta WhatsApp Business API), booking history, and any custom fields the business has configured.
2. Request Deletion (Account Holders)
If you have a ClientScale CRM account and want your account and all associated organization data permanently deleted, email diasedgeconsulting@gmail.com from the address associated with your account with the subject line "Delete my ClientScale account". We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
3. Request Deletion (End Customers and Contacts)
If you are an end customer or contact whose information has been added to a ClientScale CRM workspace by a business you have interacted with (for example, after messaging that business on WhatsApp, filling in a lead form, or scheduling an appointment), your data is controlled by that business. The fastest way to have your data deleted is to contact the business directly.
If you cannot reach the business or need additional assistance, email diasedgeconsulting@gmail.com with the subject line "End-customer data deletion request" and include the phone number or email the business used to contact you and, where possible, the business name. We will forward the request and assist in removing your data within 30 days.
4. WhatsApp Opt-Out
You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages from any business using ClientScale CRM at any time by replying with STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to that business's WhatsApp number. Our platform automatically marks the contact as do-not-contact and cancels all scheduled follow-ups. You can also block the business number from within WhatsApp.
5. Data Received via Meta Platforms
ClientScale CRM receives the following data from Meta platforms on behalf of our customers:
- WhatsApp message content, sender phone number, and message metadata, via the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
- Lead form submissions and click-to-WhatsApp referral metadata from Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads.
- Page IDs and access tokens used to route inbound conversations to the correct business workspace.
On deletion, we remove this data from our active database. Backups containing the data are overwritten on our standard backup rotation, no longer than 90 days.
6. Retention After Deletion
After completing a deletion request, we may retain limited records strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations (for example, billing records, fraud prevention, or records of opt-out so we do not re-contact you). All other personal data is removed from production systems and rotated out of backups within 90 days.
